Pisces Biography
Multiple artists go by Pisces.
1. A short lived folk rock band fronted by Richard Digance. Released one album in 1971.
2. MDMA stood for Modern Dynamic Music Association. It started as a distribution company in May 97, distributing metal and trance in Israel. It slowly turned into the biggest trance and metal distributor and importer in Israel, and also had two trance labels producing and selling CDs in Israel and around the world (MDMA Records & Ultra).
It was first ran by three young guys: Danny Saad, Kobi Farhi (from the famous Israeli metal band- Orphan Land) and DJ Dede. In the end of 1999 is they were joined by trance veteran and former BNE man- Avi Yossef. The label released mainly compilations and some albums, and also tried to promote vinyls in Israel and started the MDMT sub-label for that.
In summer of 2002 MDMA went bankrupt, owing a lot of artists, labels and distribution companies money.
*Pisces (2001) was released off the MDMA label.
