Drew Parks is a hip-hop / pop artist, producer, and songwriter from Metro-­Detroit, Michigan. Growing up, he was exposed and influenced by a lot of world music, samba, bossa nova, reggae music, as well as his own heritage's music, Greek music. Known for his witty lyrics as well as rhythmic production, his style can be described as "rhythmic rap with flavor." Drew Parks has performed live with artists including J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Gym Class Heroes, Timeflies, and more. He’s also performed at events including the official Jay-­Z / Justin Timberlake Afterparty, the Eminem / Rihanna Monster Tour Afterparty, the Kevin Hart Superbowl Afterparty in Phoenix, the Sundance Film Festival and the SXSW Music Conference. Drew Parks began producing music at age 13, and has since made it to the headlines of top hip-­hop publications across the country. MTV.com has labeled Drew “Up Next”; Respect Magazine called Drew “Detroit’s Rookie of the Year”; and Vibe Magazine referred to Drew Parks as a “Detroit Rap Phenom”. Drew's music has also been featured on ESPN “First Take”, SiriusXM Shade45, MTV On Demand, and Billboard Magazine.
