The Knick-Knacks

Song writers, Jacie Madison and Chris Walker, formed The Knick-Knacks back in February of 2013. With Jacie's soft melodic voice and catchy guitar hooks, the band offers up a high energy grunge pop sound that should have been around in the 90's. Taking influence from many artist such as The Pixies, Nirvana, The Cure and even Patsy Cline. Simply put, Jacie and the Knick-Knacks is a four piece garage rock band from Florida. In the two years the band has been together, they have created a loyal following in their hometown of Melbourne, FL and through out the sunshine state. The Knick-Knacks recorded their first 8 song EP, La Rubia, in June of 2013. They traveled to Nashville, TN to record with Chris Mara at "Welcome to 1979", an all analog studio. The band is now working on their follow up EP. 2014 was a good year for the knick-Knacks. With regular rotation from local radio show, Todd Kennedy's Sound Waves on WFIT, the band has gotten some recognition around town. Winning Totally Brevard Reader's Choice award for Favorite Local Band and Orlando based music blog, showsigoto.com's Best Local Picks of 2014 for the song “Out Of My Head”.
