All My Sins Remembered Biography

Big things can come from the smallest cities and towns on the planet. We often expect the biggest and most genre-defining acts to hail from sprawling, million-member metropolitan areas and regions, but sometimes, the biggest acts are found brewing right beneath our noses. Case in point: Buchanan, Michigan's resident progressive metal behemoth, All My Sins Remembered. Hailing from a small town in the state's southwest corner, All My Sins Remembered are a unique quintet of like-minded metal musicians creating crushing, aggressive and anthemic displays of heavy music with influences ranging from Mastodon's massive heaviness to Mudvayne's cunning complexity. Formed in November of 2011 as nothing more than some close friends coming together to write metal music, All My Sins Remembered quickly took shape as a ruthlessly ravaging juggernaut with an appetite for aggression and a penchant for delivering punishing, pulverizing heaviness wherever they roam. Within the following three months, the quintet found themselves booked for several shows throughout the South Bend, Indiana and southwestern border of Michigan--beginning their reign of terror with their first show on March 30th, 2012. Refusing to lose their momentum, All My Sins Remembered haven't stopped since--keeping busy with a show schedule as relentless as their music, and a prominent work ethic when it comes to writing and recording fresh cuts for their fans. Releasing a steady stream of demo tracks since mid 2012, the culmination of countless hours writing and recording was released in the form of their debut self-titled album in April of 2015. A crafty and crushing amalgam of aggressive, riff-heavy metal and catchy hard-rock with a progressive twist, the band's debut release was met with widespread success, giving them a strong, sinister platform upon which to perfect their already-immense live performance. Combining their own breed of brutality with reverence for the genre's giants in the form of covers of Mastodon's "March of the Fire Ants" and Chevelle's "Family System," All My Sins Remembered are sure to be invading your local scene soon--with a show you won't soon forget.
