Formerly The Brothers Grimm A hard driving, high energy British R & B band with that ‘Feelgood Factor’. A unique combination of original material and classic numbers given a solid punch of attitude. The Grimms formed in 1986, and have always been renowned for their pulsating performances across the UK, and over the length and breadth of Europe. Over the years, the Grimms have headlined many festivals and gigs, including The Colne Blues Festival, The Cork Jazz Festival, The Amsterdam Blues Fest, The Bulldog Bash, The Isle of Man TT, The Harley Owners Group European Rally, The Kent Custom Bike Show, The Marquee, The Town and Country Club...and many more! The band’s biggest gig to date, with an audience in excess of 60,000, was headlining the New Year’s Eve festivities in Lisbon harbour. Grimm members, both past and present, include musicians from bands such as Dr Feelgood, Nine Below Zero, The Yardbirds, Jethro Tull, Status Quo, Peter Green’s Splinter Group, B.B. King, Gary Moore, Bill Wyman’s Rhythm Kings, Roger Daltrey and Wilko Johnson, Van Morrison, The Drifters, The Elkie Brooks Band...and many more! The Grimms have released five albums, plus their latest E.P – ‘The Grimms British R & B’. Front man and vocalist Gary Miller was chosen to head up The Practice, with the classic 1984 Dr Feelgood line up of Gypie Mayo, John B Sparkes, and The Big Figure, following the death of Lee Brilleaux. Augmented by Steve ‘West’ Weston on harmonica and keyboards, The Practice toured for three years, most notably with Canned Heat on the European leg of their world tour. With this impeccable pedigree, The Grimms are guaranteed to deliver the ultimate ‘Maximum Rhythm & Blues’ experience.
