My Friday Night Band

My Friday Night (MFN), a band out of Detroit, Michigan, was founded in 2013 by Brendan Lindisch (Lead vocal/guitarist/songwriter). Starting as a soloist, then adding a drummer (Nick Chadwick) shortly after the band was formed, they started playing for crowds anywhere from 50-200 people. Gaining a clothing sponsorship with Detroit company, Epyon Royal (ER), at the very beginning of the bands career, was another shot at success. Playing at shows sponsored by Epyon Royal, and gaining exposure from them as well, My Friday Night promoted ER not only on stage by wearing their clothes, but by word of mouth and social media. It wasn't too much later when MFN brought a bass player into the group to make a 3 piece pop rock band. James Kenzie (bassist) was their missing piece of the puzzle. Now the 3 of them, as My Friday Night, have played numerous festivals, Battle of the Bands, and had a Studio Live Session at Groovebox Studios in Detroit, which was a part of a 2 CD album that they released in 2015 called "Days Gone By", which included a studio version and a live session version. This album sold out very quick along with other merchandise. Now, 2016, MFN starts of the year with a bang, and releases a 3 song EP, Music Video, new merchandise and will be booking more festivals and a tour. Most importantly, they will keep rocking!
