The Scriptor

The Scriptor (aka Jonas Rothfuchs) is known for his diversity and love for a wide range of different music styles and genres. Primarily residing in the space of early, millenium and mainstream hardcore music he also loves to occasinally drop some harder and faster sets to make the crowd go nuts. Basically starting out to produce music in the late 90's (trance and progressive) just for the love of music and "for fun" over a decade had to go by before he started to take this path seriously and got out playing in venues and on parties. After getting rid of almost all the other hobbies and passions to make room for music he started playing and producing hardstyle music in early 2011 under a different name. After having hosted online radios with harder styles for multiple years, getting started wasn't that problematic. In 2013 he decided to focus primarily on hardcore music to get on the path to become a professional and thus center on playing and producing this music. Bookings started to come in for smaller venues and soon he also started to play on major events all over switzerland. Biggest highlight so far was playing at Streetparade on the "Are you crazy" Lovemobile and the Frenchcore s'il vous plaît Afterparty in 2015. But also closing down Mainstage at Shadowlands or playing with Angerfist and Noize Suppressor on their World tours (Deadfaced Dimension and Sonar World Tour) where personal highlights and milestones to get further on with his musical career. After giving out some early tracks for free on soundcloud he became a member of the wappie BZRK family in 2015 which also brought the first track release in 2016 with his Open Sesame (Theme from Hell) remix at the BZRK Label. After being "around the block" in the music family for quite some time, he is also well known and supported by several of the bigger names in the scene. Finishing his appearance with wearing the long awaited Mask matching his "brand" in 2016, next steps are to release the upcoming E.P. and taking steps to play abroad and heading towards the bigger festivals there.
