KEEPSAKES originated in the spring of 2017 with musicians, Stephen Cline and Maddie Mee out of Fayetteville, AR. In the beginning, the two had no intentions of becoming a local stage-bound group, rather, friends learning covers as a hobby. Progressing into songwriting partners lead them to many crowd-enticing acoustic shows their first year. The success of these acoustic gigs inspired them to turn from connoisseurs to fulfill a lost dream by constructing a full band.

Since then, Mee has left to pursue other musical opportunities. Shortly after announcing her departure, Stephen connected with friends and fellow musicians, Halen Auxier and Suzannah Michelle, to reinforce what was seemingly falling apart. After hearing their original songs and the new line-up, Chase Brody and Jeremiah Meltzer jumped on board. Currently, KEEPSAKES is working on their debut EP, Black Smoke, which is to be released in October of 2018.

KEEPSAKES is a female-fronted American Rock band who's aim is to separate the duality of light and dark through passionate and emotive vocals overlaying hard rock. EP 'Black Smoke' explores the struggle of embracing your shadow side through an internal metamorphosis.
