I am no longer able to attend the event. Can I have a refund? Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for tickets. We suggest using the official Facebook event to try to locate a ticket buyer. With VIP, you will receive all of the benefits of general admission, as well as the following perks: -Prioritized/skip-the-line admission -Access to second and third floor viewing areas -Private bar and bathrooms How can I change the name on my ticket? Please email info@liquified.com with your name and order number. However, the name on the ticket does not have to match the name on the ticketholder’s ID, as long as the new ticketholder has a printed or phone copy. Is there a dress code? There is no dress code for Illuminate events. Come as you are! Is there a coat check? Yes, on cooler winter nights, coat check is available for $5. Can I bring my backpack/camelbak? Unfortunately, bags of this size are not permitted inside the venue. Can I bring my hoop, poi, etc? Yes! Flow items are welcome - just no fire, please. What are the set times for this event? Set times are not released prior to the event. We guarantee that no matter what time you arrive, you'll have a blast! How much will this event cost at the door? Door prices are not determined until closer to the day of the event. We recommend purchasing a presale to ensure you get the lowest possible price.
