The Upperclass Men

A cultural bi product of Trap music and the Golden age of NY Rap. 3 kids from Brooklyn ny are aiming to become the Golden State Warriors of hip-hop culture & media. Although a group of ever changing members, the core of their outfit lies between Lead vocalist & Producer Hollis Stephenson (Maverick/mVrk), Core Harris (Mr Harris) and pianist/super-producer and engineer Yanick St Juste (muddiGOLD). the upperclass men we’re forged due in part to a high school friendship, generational family ties and nagging parents. Hollis’ father and yanick’s father, both multi-instrumentalist who played with one another in the late 70s, decided that it’s only right to pass the torch on through their children. Core and Hollis started the group in 08’ and yanick joined a year later. next door neighbors for almost a decade only to realize, by happenstance, they both we’re pursuing the same goals. deciding collectively at that point that creating, not just music, but art, filM & Fashion they set out on a path to constantsly create and only to stop when the inspiration in their vessels ceased. Their passion in creating art is cemented around the idea of being lawless when creating. An ever changing group of musicians from Brooklyn. #TheUpperclassWay
