Skivbolaget Ozium Records ingår en ohelig men mycket vänskaplig alians med Atomic Rooster Music Club den 30 april på Cajsa Warg Majorna på Karl Johansgatan 92 uti staden Göteborg.Ozium Records ger oss alla tre av sina egna band denna kväll i form av Öken från Skövde, Vokonis från Borås och Bad Acid från planeten Mars. Som huvudakt kommer Göteborgs stoltheter i form av inga mindre än Spiders av vara. Their MC5-inspired glampunk honours rock history in their own unique way and has taken the band multiple mile after mile around the globe, both as a headliner and as support for Kvelertak, Metallica and the friends from Graveyard.BAD ACID....Bad Acid have delivered a flawless debut album that totally shows just what this band is capable of. Listening to this album it still blows my mind that this is a band’s debut. For such a young band to sound like they’ve been doing this for 20 years just kills me and I love every second of it. It’s so hard to pick a highlight from.this album because in my opinion the album as a whole is a sonic rollercoaster for the senses. This is the kind of album that both commands and demands your attention. BAD ACID has joined the ranks of bands such as SPIDERS, KATLA and BLUES PILLS or TRUCKFIGHTERS VOKONIS.....Based in Borås, constitute Simon (guitar / vocals), Emil (drums) and Jonte (bass), a power trio with a focus on fuzz riff and energy. The lyrics are about war between ancient kingdoms in lost galaxies, legendary sword and diseases of the bygone era. Taking inspiration from bands such as Black Sabbath, Sleep, The Stooges and Entombed create Vokonis own interpretation of stoner / doom and heavy psych. ÖKEN.....Öken from Skövde with its debut of Ozium Records plays progressive stoner rock / doom with roots from the 70s psychedelica rock. Adrian Kjellgren (guitar and vocals), Jonathan Holmström (guitar), Jesper Sundell (drums), Arvid Qvick (bass and vocals). They only leave a year, but has already found its own unique sound with a little jam time they have. They are now ready to conquer the world with its desert fuzzy jam cozy doomy music.
