Kevin Slattery

Kevin Slattery was born and raised in North Little Rock, AR. His music styling is cut from his father's rock n roll roots in Memphis, TN and his mother's heritage in the Mississippi delta. Slattery moved to Nashville when he was 18 to attend Belmont University. He graduated in 2014 with a BBA in Music Business. He was the winner of the 2014 Nashville Blues Challenge and represented Nashville in the solo artist category of the 2015 International Blues Challenge. He spent the end of 2015 and 2016 developing his skills as an actor. In the fall of 2015, Slattery acted in the lead role and scored the music for the independent film, Frets, directed by J. Cole Lansden. He moved to Los Angeles in 2016 and was featured in Benjamin del Castillo's short film, Weakening the Signal. The film went on to private exhibition in Cuba in early 2017.
