Patrick Green Biography
A native of Central New Jersey , Patrick Green was influenced by his frequent visits to legendary clubs where music transcends time. Venues such as Zanzibar, Black Box, the Shelter and the Sound Factory Bar formed the building blocks to Patrick's musical formation. Now residing in South Beach, Miami, he continues his journey of sound.
His run of the Miami club circuit quickly established Patrick as a recognized leader in the Soulful House genre. Such acknowledgment from his peers and devotees led to The Path Sessions, a weekly event with the credo of presenting its listeners with pure and unadulterated house music dripping with deep, soulful flavor. The Path Sessions' impressive 2 year run saw many guests grace its turntables.
Patrick soon felt that he should take his productions more seriously. He began collaborating with one of South Florida 's formidable female vocalist Nicole Henry. Their first work “My Love For You” was immediately picked up and remixed by Live Element. Destiny's hand guided the track to anthemic heights. After receiving praising accolades by the press and tastemakers, The track went on to be picked up in several countries including in the UK by Everything But The Girl's Ben Watt, where it was a necessary selection on the Lazy Dog 2 compilation series being that it was a favorite of the bi-weekly London party of the same name.
Patrick has inked various production deals with Device Records, Subliminal Soul, Distant Music and Innervibe Music and has made numerous compilation appearences.
