Julie Curly Biography
Julie Curly est une auteure-compositrice-interprète montréalaise qui présente son univers de musiques et de mots, dans la langue de Molière et de Shakespeare. De son premier album francophone (Confessions, 2014), jusqu’à son plus récent single anglophone (Silk Stocking District, 2015), Julie explore la chanson à travers ses textes, qui s’animent sous forme d’histoires, comme des courts-métrages. Julie continue d’explorer son univers pop avec son premier EP anglophone, en juin 2017, grâce à l’aide financière de FACTOR et du Gouvernement canadien. Intitulé Flower Power Soul, l’album rend hommage à la musique et l’esprit des années 60-70.

From her first French album (Confessions, 2014), to her most recent single (Silk Stocking District, 2015) her music is inspired by storytelling and visual imagery.
