Speaking of Brew Army is going back years ago somewhere in Caracas, as an initiative to rescue the spirit of rock and roll, heavy drums, rumble bass, loud guitars and lyrics with which you can relate. By the beginning year 2008, the group needed to get their specific sound, and begins searching for new members. Eliecer Rodriguez is the first to arrive, taking charge of the drums, and with Rafael Pannacci, they will have the responsibility to get started themachinery of the band. The wait was short, and almost immediately made up of two great friends: Leonardo Borjas in the Bass Guitar, and Erick Garcia in the Voice. Brew Army had not only got the sound they wanted, but surprised many with their evolution. Since middle year 2009, the band started to perform live at venues in the country such as La Culata Bar, Hard Rock Café Caracas, Teatro Bar, Sake Bar, Casa de la Cultura Los Teques, City Day, Moulin Rouge, Tiburon Bar Club. Also, having visited several times the east of the country: Puerto Piritu, Ciudad Bolivar and Purto La Cruz, where they participated in the “Union Rock Show”. Even has succeeded in bringing his music to other styles, performing their show “Unplugged”. Receiving an overwhelming support for his work. In March 2011, BrewArmy is crowned with the state and national winning band of Venezuela in the first edition of the “Battle of the Bands 2011″ global event taking place in The Hard Rock Cafe Caracas, every year. The band continued with their presentations at the “Union Rock Show” at Lecheria, Tiburón Club Bar and performed a tribute to the band Godsmack. In 2012, Brew Army performs the official launch of the website www.BrewArmy.com and in turn, makes the ShowCase of their first album “The Outlaws” at The Hard Rock Cafe Caracas. Promptly makes several appearances in places like Tiburon Club Bar, HardCore Bar, in the Law Breaker Metal Fest 4 (Ciudad Bolivar), Union Rock Awards Show 2012, Altamira Amphitheatre. In late February 2013, Brew Army performs the release of their first official video “Man Of Ash”, achieving all the expectations of the fans and critics of the media. In the second half of the year, BrewArmy takes his music for the first time to Merida city, in The Andes rock temple Garage Rock Bar. The band debut in the Maturin city, getting great unconditional support in the east of the country . Heavy influences of bands like Black Sabbath, Black Label Society, Down, among others, give that unique sound of Southern Rock/Metal that characterizes the band.
