Megan Moreaux

Megan Moreaux is a California country girl.  Born in Monterey, California, Megan found country music as an escape from her traumatic childhood. Coming from an unstable family environment, Megan found solace with her Aunt when she was five years old, and it was in those few months she spent with her aunt that she was introduced to country music, and decided she wanted to be a country singer. By the age of 16, Megan had moved out and was living on her own, with her show choir and love for music serving as the only stability in her life. Since, Megan writes with the purpose to inspire. Her songs reflect what this generation needs desperately: hope, unity, healing, joy, and, most of all, unconditional love. After high school, Megan decided to solely focus on her music. While working at BB Kings at Universal City Megan met the Drew Davis Band, and Drew helped her write her first country song “Someone.” For the next year Megan would spend two weeks out of every month in Nashville honing her writing and singing skills. Currently, Megan Moreaux is living in Nashville, Tennessee, wowing crowds at shows with her amazing vocal range. And, recently getting to open for Loretta Lynn in 2013 and opening for Martina McBride in 2014.
