Viki Vortex and the Cumshots

Viki Vortex and the Cumshots was formed in 2008 in Girona, Spain by Steve from 70’s punk band, The Spurts and Viki Vortex. Their debut gig was in the summer of 2008 in Spain. Later they kidnapped Theo from psychobilly band, The Long Tall Texans to join the crew, thus completing the lineup: Viki Vortex - lead vocals and bass Steve Manuell - guitar and backing vocals Theo Theodotou - drums and sarcastic comments The Cumshots mix the influences of 70’s punk, 50’s rockabilly and any other trashy music they love - basically fast, stroppy and loud. Their first track, Crazy Bloody Fool, was released on Brown Bag Propaganda’s Radio Riot II in October 2009. November 2009 they recorded in Brighton, UK, and in January 2010 Viki Vortex and the Cumshots unleashed their debut self-titled EP on the world. Containing 4 tracks, the album is available on both iTunes and Amazon as well as old-fashioned CD. Currently, Viki Vortex and the Cumshots are shooting for gigs in the UK, Europe and what-have-you and also planning to release a 7-inch vinyl EP in the near future. 77 (s)punk rock n roll type trio out of Spain & UK - featuring Viki Vortex on bass & mouth, Steve on guitar and Theo with drums and sarcasm.
