Voted supperclub's DJ Of The Year in 2013 Jimmy Bell has been a strong contributor to the supperclub brand for over 10 years. His infectious energy will always get a crowd rocking and he has performed across the globe! Through the years Jimmy Bell has patiently been digging away at the coal-face of club culture - finely honing a sound that began as funky, soulful house and has now evolved a more electronic, underground edge. Throughout it all has been that same infectious energy, enthusiasm and drive to play music and create the ultimate party.

Jimmy Bell began his illustrious music career back in 1996 in his hometown of Manchester, UK. Since then, music has carried him to almost every part of the globe, spinning at the best clubs the world has to offer, including Space Terrace for Pukka Up (Ibiza), Es Paradis (Ibiza), Gatecrasher (UK) Escape, Rain, Home (Amsterdam), supperclub (Rome, Amsterdam, London, Singapore), M.O.S Addictive Tour’s (Mauritius + India), Velodrome (Germany), History (Italy) Spin-Fest (Mexico), Absinthe House (Denver) Solidaritet, Berns and Cafe Opera (Sweden) to name a few as well as, promoting themed Events in the USA, UK, Canada Ibiza, Amsterdam, Mexico and throughout Europe. His latest highlights have been playing Coachella (Palm Springs) and Burning Man festival (USA) and of course the Terrace at Space in Ibiza (ESP) and rocking ULTRA MUSIC FESTIVAL this year in Miami.

He was hired by DJ Magazine (London UK) in 2005-2008 as a photographer to help Travel Writer Simon A Morrisson explore a wide variety of clubs experiences from around the world. This helped Jimmy’s Musical career as he met so many people in the industry and began to host and perform around the globe.
Jimmy's production talent has enabled him to produce music for the movie ‘It’s All Gone Pete Tong’ and Canadian movie ‘Ecstasy’ and to release tracks on the likes of Freefall Recordings, Mad Hatter Recordings, Sub Level and Slammin Music, ODA from Germany. He is currently signed to Trax Records (Chicago USA) for his latest releases, and recently had a big dance release with Warner Brothers (One More Tune UK) which was released in February 2012. His current productions are now released on HED KANDI (UK) PAPER PARGODA (UK) and the legendary TRAX RECORDS (Chicago)

Jimmy is also the co-founder of the internationally successful FRISKO and creator of the Sunglasses At Night brand, as well as, the International Event Manager and DJ for the Pukka Up brand based in London, UK and Ibiza.

Jimmy has worked around the globe on the radio over the last 6 years and has was the resident DJ for the Addictive Tour Radio Show (Mauritius) form Jan 2008 to July 2010, which aired on RADIO PLUS + RADIO 1 in Mauritius, Argentina, S.Africa, Australia and online in the UK. Other radio shows Jimmy has been involved with are Got2befunky on Key 103fm Manchester, the Galaxy Network, WNUR Tampa Bay (Guest Mix), Florida and WMNF in Chicago. He currently recording music for a new radio show is broadcast on Global radio for UK based dance label Looking Glass Recordings. During 2012 he has been working extensively with Unity Radio (Manchester UK) by hosting Shows and providing musical sets on a monthly basis.

Jimmy has been highly involved with the world famous supperclub venues for over 12 years as resident DJ and hosting events at their establishment’s worldwide, prompting UK dance magazine One Week To Live to call him a “legend in the making”. He is now based out of San Francisco working on the west coast for supperclub. He has also worked regularly at the Amsterdam Venue Djing there for a variety of international dance music festivals and special events.
