A lot of words have been used to describe The Odas Williams Soul Revue. “Bearded Wonders”, “Funky white boys”, “Monsters of Soul”, “Aficionados of Groove”, the list goes on and on. But we choose to describe the experience that is OWSR with a quote from the master: Ladies and Gentlemen…. “Let’s Get it On”. Proudly based in the Live Music Capital of the World, Austin, TX, OWSR can be seen slinging soul all around town on any given night of the week. Their residency gigs Wed Nights at Whisler’s on the east side and Thur Nights at 219 West have become a staple in Austin live music. Known for their highly engaging live show and crowd interaction, when you’re at a show you feel like you’ve been friends with the band all your life. Songs range from hip hop, R&B, singer songwriter, slow jams, baby making music, top 40 pop, Motown and a little bit of everything else.
