Mercyheart

Driven by the passion to bring the Gospel of Christ to all people, MercyHeart strives to reach out and fellowship with folks that would not normally consider attending a traditional church setting while growing relationships within the traditional worship community. Their original writing reflects this same character by blending songs with tonal qualities reminiscent of today’s mainstream contemporary Christian rock with elements that are unique to the genre which includes powerful testimony to the group’s walk with Christ and the positive effect God has had on their lives. MercyHeart has had the opportunity to perform at many Christian concerts, festivals, and outreach opportunities. The band has opened for Kutless, Citizen Way, Finding Favor, 7eventh Time Down and others. MercyHeart is based out of Granite Falls, NC. Members include: Zach East – drums, Cheryl Eldridge – vocals and keys, Travis Sprouse – bass guitar, Chad Ritchie – guitar and Mike Waksmunski – vocals and guitar.
