Originally started by Johnny Blade as an Ozzy / Sabbath / B.L.S. cover band called "Black Rain Society"; named after Ozzy's last album with Zakk, "Black Rain"... The band name was soon changed to "Ozz Gone Wylde"; the only Ozzy tribute band to focus on the Zakk Wylde era exclusively, & eventually became dedicated to playing Black Label Society music Because Zakk Wylde is the greatest guitarist/musician on the face of the earth.
