Doran Robin

A Singer/Songwriter, former Make-A-Wish Kid, and Cancer Survivor, Doran Robin's testimony starts in June of 2004 when he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at age 10. The oldest of ten children, Doran Robin, along with a number of his sisters, has turned trial into triumph with his encouraging music and motivational speaking. He learned early on that life is a gift, but that there are millions of people suffering everyday who are in need of the same thing: HOPE! By the spring of 2013, Doran Robin had felt a huge pull to focus on bringing a message of HOPE that allowed him to interact and engage with people on a more real, genuine, and personal level. He discovered that music was that doorway and his songs were the key. In these times of physical trials, when our world falls apart, Doran Robin seeks to stand alongside those who feel themselves being drug down by the weight of this struggle. Doran Robin’s desire is to let them know that they matter and Make-A-Wish is the perfect organization to partner with to accomplish this! Doran Robin has become a passionate supporter and spokesperson for the Make-A-Wish Foundation across the country, and has used his personal story to bring recognition, understanding, and financial support through his musical talent. Doran Robin has had the opportunity to perform at Make-A-Wish chapter events/fundraisers from coast to coast, as well as the honor of closing out the Global Conference in 2015 at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA where he performed the song he wrote specifically for the organization called, “My Wish". Doran Robin is a Christian singer/songwriter living in Nashville, TN seeking to spread the message of hope through his own testimony of surviving cancer!
