About this concert
Just as the sunflower awakens with each dawn to follow the sun across our sky, now is the time for our hearts to come alive and look towards the summer. This flower, as a symbol of rebirth and renewal, of faith and of hope, also symbolises the relinquishing of our own inner winters and freeing ourselves of worldly inhibitions.Come alive. Celebrate the turning of the wheel and the cycle of life. The time has to reflect on what is done and focus on what is yet to be and to embrace life. With the arrival of spring, so begins this time of energy renewal. Of sowing. Of cultivating. Be rebornBe renewedBe re’you’edBe aliveSince the dawn of time, the people of the earth have celebrated the return of spring through music, and dance and with love. We invite you, once more, to be part of our communal rite of passage from winter to summer and our call to Gaia, as we gather together to summon the return of the sun and beginning of the next chapter of our lives. We encourage you to set free your inner child, reconnect with dreams lost and embrace friends and family, channeling your energy back to the earth and opening your hearts, your minds and souls to the endless experiences and gifts which life still has to offer.Come AliveThis is the start of Spring. This is the Sunflower Festival.❀✾ Entertainment ❀✾ Ensuring our revelers are entertained and enthralled every step of the way – we have a list of artists ranging from top Local and International DJs and live acts, performance artists, body painted characters, Fire Dancers, LED Hoopers, Graphic Poi artists and so much more.*♪ღ♪*• International Acts •*♪ღ♪*❀ Skazi - Worlds Number 1 Psy Trance DJ (Israel) https://www.facebook.com/skazimusic Skazi needs no introduction as he is recognized locally and internationally as the biggest name in the Psy Trance scene. D-sciple Biography

D-Sciple is the solo Progressive Trance act of Dane Stirrat. In early 2010 his love for PsyTrance began when he attended his first Earthdance Cape Town. Djing as Dublusion (his former bass music alias), he had experience behind his belt to mix, but alot of practice went into feeling confident behind the decks for a truly meaningful psychedelic set. After winning the Earthdance Cape Town newbie mix competition in 2012 he played on the main stage, also closing his set with his own track, Roots in Earth. He became a resident under the 6th Sense PsyTrance brand and represented them monthly in Stellenbosch alongside some SA's best in Psychedelic Trance. In mid 2013 he got signed to the Nexus Media Record Label where he released his first EP, Genesis.. He has shared many a stage with some of the biggest names in the Progressive Psytrance scene include world-wide: Class A, Coming Soon, Neelix, Captain Hook, Sad Paradise, Morten Granau, Aviation, Symbolic, Ritmo, Astrix, Lifeforms, Freedom Fighters, Headroom and more. D-Sciple is so grateful that he gets to play the music he loves to like minded people. He knows people are there to party and have fun, and he will always do the exact same thing! Progressive Trance and Psy Trance Producer/DJ from Cape Town, South Africa.
