Phil Romeo is a person from Shefford.
Phil is also a guitar player, who has played the guitar since January 2006... or sooner. His music wasn't very good in the beginning but he learned new chords from time to time, and he mainly recorded the so-called "Emo-Chords" with his Computer and his guitar.
