Rise N Shine Band

Founded in the San Juan Islands of Washington State, Rise N' Shine is one of the northwests premiere Reggae/Rock acts. Playing shows all over the west coast, from Vancouver, BC down the entire West Coast to Cabo San Lucas Mexico. Headlining Festivals and Music venues in the U.S., as well as sharing the stage with Barington Levy, Katchafire, Yellow Man, Tribal Seeds, KyMani Marley, Inner Cirlcle, and other international acts. Rise N' Shine has captured the hearts of many with their unique blend of reggae guitar riffs, energetic vocals, rock heavy drums, and caribbean percussion. For the last five years, Rise N' Shine has been captivating audiences with their upbeat vibrant style and inviting stage presence. They released their first self-titled album in 2007, and were well received by the Northwest music scene which prompted their first tour, spanning 24 dates in 19 cities along the west coast. Over the course of 2010, Rise N' Shine completed their sophomore release, titled "Over the Edge", "Over the Edge," has been recieved well. Fans are stoked on the newly added horn section, gripping vocals, and beats you can't escape. Sixteen lush tracks of surfer soul and reggae inspired rythms, lyrics that rip and dance their way through real world issues and the struggles that hit close to the heart. September and October of 2013, Rise N Shine Band successfully completed a 4 week tour on the East Coast of USA. From New Hampshire, Boston, Virginia to Washington DC, New Jersey, New York City, Florida, and Louisiana just to name a few. The East Coast recieved Rise N Shine well and they are expected to make another Coastal appearance in 2015.
