About this concert
Date: 5th June 2015Venue: Kulturkeller Höngg, ZürichDoors: 20:00Admission: 10.-Did you miss us? We've missed you! We have been away for good reason though,we've been super busy in the studio putting the finishing touches to the demo for our third album. All of this of course is being done by our new drummer. We have saved this information until now as we wanted something to report on the new album and also to have a forum to show what Manuel can do behind the drums!! And now we finally get this chance. Yes, we are coming out of hibernation for the evening to play at Kulturkeller Höngg on 5th June. This will be our first gig since 2014's Rock Highway final so trust us when we say that we will be pulling out every trick in the book to bring you a great show. We might even play a few new songs for you, to wet your appetite for the release of the new album in early 2016.So get yourselves down to Kulturkeller Höngg on 5th June and bring your dancing shoes and your party dress (or trousers). Maybe even bring some sunblock as its gonna get hot!

Last Chance To Say Goodbye Biography

Formed in 2007 in Zurich Switzerland, the four-piece are a genre-splitting explosion of rock and raw emotions. Drawing inspiration from everything from NWBHM through gothic-punk to modern day pop-rock, the band carve out songs that are sophisticated, sonically engaging and that bore into your happy place and make themselves at home.

On 2010’s “No Time Like Now” LCTSG found their sound, with songs ranging from all out rock to emotional ballads. 2013’s EP “The Promise” took that sound one step further and saw the band really honing their live shows. The EP also broke the band outside of Swiss borders with a short tour of the UK and a 8-date Spanish tour with then-UK Rockers “Tainted Nation” which really honed their live persona and confirmed they really are at their best in front of a sea of dancing limbs. Determined to make their next release truly epic, LCTSG took once more to the studio in 2016 to write something for the ages. The next few years contained blood, sweat, some tears, a few lineup changes, and a little pandemic, but ultimately resulted in renewed passion and a laser-like focus on developing their songs and sound.

2023 finally brings the long awaited full-length album “Darkest Hour” to the virtual shelves. It has been a labour of love over the past years, recording in as many as 3 studios before and after the pandemic, to get the perfect sound. The release includes all three singles, “Not Your Enemy”, “Buried” and “Lies” and showcases a maturing pop-punk sound that whilst unmistakably LCTSG, brings the listener a new take on a classic sound. Touching on themes such as gaslighting, abandonment, and new love, this is the darkest but most accomplished material to date.
