"Eagle & Weeks" formed in 2013 by Daniel Eagle and Sam Weeks Bringing the name "Eagle & Weeks" Playing and Touring all over the UK and Europe wanting to share their music, Getting Together in 2013 Eagle & Weeks won: Jurassic Mark Promotions Battle Of The Bands, Bishops Waltham Acoustic Stage Battle Of The Bands, Warsash Ferryman Battle Of The Bands. They also played various festivals such as Victorious Festival and Wickham Festival also Including.... Richard Branson’s Private Virgin Garden Party, alongside Sister Sledge, Sam Smith, The Cuban Brothers and Too Many Ts. 2014 Was also a great year, the boys were invited back to Mr. Branson's Virgin Care Festival which they invited close friend and singer/songwriter Just Millie with them. Aswell they also played many more festivals in 2014, Butserfest, Bikes On The Farm, Victorious Festival, Wickham Festival, Gabefest, Springtide Festival, Celebration Festival and many more... Releasing their EP 'Beats & Boonies' they Sold Out the Southampton Joiners on Release Show night in May. E&W played two UK tours in 2014, The #Incredatour supporting Remedysounds and The Freedom Tour supporting States & Empires (formerly known as Attack! Attack!), and were also offered many gig slots, a small selection of favourites were supporting Brother & Bones, Sam Smith, Gavin Butler/Neil Starr, The Graveltones and Just Millie. The Image put across by the Acoustic Guitar and Cajun suggests a calm acoustic act, whereas this is not the case Eagle & Weeks are an energetic Duo band ready to get the crowd moving, dancing, drinking, moshing in anyway. They have even been known to have mosh pits at their gigs on special occasions. Having the stage presence contrasting from Newton Faulkner's Calm Acoustic attitude - to - Jason Aalon Butler's (Letlive) expressive and energetic crazy frontman movement.
