Welcome to the official Facebook page of the kid's rock band Sharky Sharky! Sharky Sharky is a brand new music project aimed entirely at a new generation of children that we hope will grow to appreciate live music, learning a new instrument and most of all - having fun the whole time! Sharky Sharky was created by the masterminds of an already successful band in the UK, in the hopes that we could bring to the ears of children all over the world a new band to look up to that doesn't glorify love, fashion and popularity, but rather focuses on fun, adventure, imagination and the freedom of being a child. All of Sharky Sharky's songs are written creatively about fictional adventures of the Sharky gang, a group of half shark, half humans who have formed a rock band to tell the world all about their adventures around the world, and of course all about rock music! From the tales of mean old Olof the Octopus the king of thieves who likes to spoil the Sharky's fun, to the legend of the 'Megashark' - a friendly old fellow rumoured to be 100 meters long and capable of eating double decker buses just for breakfast! Sharky Sharky has many stories to tell, and it's only just beginning. Sharky Sharky express the fun of rock music and the rewarding experience of playing an instrument through live interactive shows. With their full shark costumes they have performed live in many shows, festivals and TV appearances throughout the UK, kids will soon be able to join in the fun! This won't be like any other band you've ever seen before - You'll be dancing along, singing along, helping the Sharky's out by showing us your best air guitar, air keyboard or air drum solo, and many more fun interactive elements we incorporate into the shows! In September 2013 we released our free 'Sharky Life Forever' demo which gained much popularity and soon reached the maximum download limit that Soundcloud allows. It is expected for a mid-2018 release! We are also at the final stages of creating an animated pilot for a Sharky Sharky animated TV show.
