ENCROACHERS

Blending heavy rock with metal, ENCROACHERS is a 3 piece band from Austin, TX. Made up of seasoned veterans of the local music scene, the members of ENCROACHERS have been playing the streets of Austin since 1996 while frequently touring around the states in their previous musical projects. Members of Games and Theory, Autons, heldunderwater, Poor Posture, Unwed Fathers, and various other bands over the years, ENCROACHERS came together when guitarist/vocalist Steven Ivy began writing songs in hopes of doing something loud again. He asked good friend and drummer Tony Brownlow to add the beats and shortly bassist David Olvera joined the band. Fresh off the release of their debut self-titled EP and a string of SXSW performances, ENCROACHERS has big plans for 2015. Look for a follow up record during the summer followed by several touring dates around the country.
