The Perfect Addiction

Forming in the Summer of 2010, The Perfect Addiction is an alternative rock­band from Chandler, Arizona. Beginning as an acoustic duo, the two founding members, Kyle Kovalchick and Sean Silvestro performed by themselves in local venues around Arizona. After a few years performing as a duo, the two decided it was time for a full band. Soon thereafter, The Perfect Addiction enlisted the help of Justin Haag and Trevor Dodson to complete the full band lineup present today. The band released their first record, Price of Progress in the Summer of 2012 . According to founding member, Kyle Kovalchick, the album “has since been removed from most places. It didn't represent our sound fully and was a very immature record in our opinion”. Striving for a more mature and full sound, the quintet entered the studio to record what would become their first EP Endless Horizon. Released November 27th, 2012, Endless Horizon has helped position The Perfect Addiction as the next breakthrough band to come out of Central Arizona and allowed them to share the stage with the likes of This Century and Nick Santino (ex A Rocket To The Moon). The Perfect Addiction has plans to enter the studio in early 2014 with producer Curtis Douglas (The Maine, This Century) and release their second EP with the full band line­up.
