Gee Moore & Bora Bora Gee is a DJ, music producer and creator of the Bora Bora beach club and music concept that he started in 1997 on the island of Ibiza. In 2005 he moved his music brand and most famous cosmopolitan beach club concept in the world away from Ibiza to it’s new Official home now in Brasil. Gee has had a musical upbringing in England and turned professional singer and guitarist from the age of fifteen. • World tours and events Gee is famed for his unique universal sound that covers a vast range of styles from Deep House through to Techno. He’s known for his ability to play to the crowd throughout his marathon 12-hour daily sets and taking that summer vibe and smile with him on the successful Bora Bora tours that have performed in all corners of the world such as, Beach club Montreal (Canada), Warung (Brasil), Egg (London), Gecko (Thailand), U60 (Germany) and to over one million people at events like the Zurich street parade…. • Beach-club Bora Bora concept has constantly evolved, Its history turned another corner in 2006 after it was decided to leave Ibiza and move to another part of the world that could accommodate the need to take it to a new level, it took three years of touring the world to finally find the ideal location now constructed and open in the beautiful peninsular of Bombinhas, Santa Caterina, Brasil. The new 1500 capacity home is surrounded by beaches and forest covered hills of breathtaking natural beauty. The day club is of wooden construction and decking, there are Jacuzzi lounge areas, large infinity pool, sushi bar and restaurant serving fusion foods. • Music productions & albums Over the last ten years Gee has released many singles and compilation albums including the highly acclaimed Bora Bora series. He has also released many singles for record labels such as Perfecto, London records, ministry of sound, React and more as a solo artist and co producer working with recording artists such as Mauro Picotto, DJ Ruff (After Hour Power), Pigbwoy, Tom Neville, Audiocactus (CL Audio), Alan Prosser, and now future releases and co productions from the new Bora Bora music label. Gee is also an accomplished vocalist who has featured on many tracks notably “Put Your foot down” Gee & Tome Neville” and the successful dance remake of Seven nation Army which has become a club classic. - (full discography on Bora Bora Music web site). These and other productions of his were included on albums such as Cream, Euphoria and Ministry of sound yearly compilations as well as on his own Bora Bora compilations that include the two Bora Bora live movies ‘Bora Bora Live’ Vol 1 & Vol 2 CD/DVD, that became the biggest selling compilation in Ibiza 2004 summer and received high adulation from the worlds music media. In recent years Gee has compiled and recorded many more albums and singles for other leading record companies to add to his impressive production collection.. • Bora Bora Music label The Bora Bora music label and it’s publishing are now signed into a partnership deal with DJ Center France of which Gee is label manager of - Bora Bora music "BBM" (for general dance music) - "MUSICISM" (Tech & Progressive acts and more experimental projects) - "BBML" (for live acts/bands/groups,) - From these the aim is to release his and other producers work. • Venues played Over the years Gee has held residences in all the top 7 clubs on the island of Ibiza. In 2002 he was resident at 5 of these clubs at the same time. In 2004 he played successfully around the world while at the same time holding residency for After Hour Power L.A USA • Press Gee and Bora Bora have appeared in countless articles and interviews throughout the worlds press. During the years in Ibiza there were no flyers, posters or billboards made or any sort of paid promotion, It’s a venue and concept that gained its fame and adoration only through word of mouth. Gee has written many articles for the worlds music press such as M8, Ministry and DJ magazine, he currently writes for House Mag Brasil. • Radio and TV Gee has presented radio shows and performances for Ministry radio (UK), Loca FM (Spain), Thump Radio (USA)…To add to that live BBC Radio One Pete Tong Essential selection broadcasts from three different "Ibiza radio one weekenders" and Live Essential mix from Pacha Ibiza whilst also standing in for an Annie Nightingale broadcast.
