Beneath The Reef

Beneath The Reef’s music is informed by a range of musical influences that is as wide as it is long. The sound is ska/punk infused with reggae. It’s a mash up of sizzling summer vibes, with bouncy guitar riffs and clever vocals, catchy melodies and sing-along choruses. With a massive stage presence, Beneath the Reef’s fans are always up jumping and skanking to their foot-stomping, dynamic, sounds. Fast gaining a reputation for themselves as serious ska/punk musicians, the boys have already performed with legends on the ska circuit – The Selecter – with Pauline Black; Californian dub band Rebelution, and London-based band The Skints, as well as British ska bands BaByHeAd, Imperial Leisure, Random Hand, Cartoon Violence, Tree House Fire and Skambomambo from Poland. A strong local following and a full calendar of gigs and festivals around the UK for the rest of 2015 is ensuring that the band’s popularity is spreading far and wide.
