Nasty Toaster

[ENG] Nasty Toaster is a French modern hardcore band formed in 2012 from Rouen and Le Havre, Normandy. The quintet offers an originality and a madness from each of their hearts. This paved the way for two EPs, in 2012 and June 2014. Since their creation, the band have toured France, England and the Netherlands, sharing the stage with heavyweights such as: PROMETHEE, ATLANTIS CHRONICLES, DAGOBA, THE OCEAN, THE PRESTIGE, NOVELISTS, IN OTHER CLIMES, CHUNK! NO, CAPTAIN CHUNK!… Two EPs : a rough draft created in 2012 with five tracks that set a tone with a desire to shake the public and share their passion for extreme music. Nasty Toaster confirms two years later with the complicity of Joshua Wickman from Dreadcore Productions (Within The Ruins / King 810 / Atlantis Chronicles), experimenting an hybrid style based on modern metal (dark) and melodic hardcore. June 2015, they perform at the Jera On Air side by side with COUNTERPARTS, ENTER SHIKARI, STRAY FROM THE PATH, A DAY TO REMEMBER, TERROR, DEFEATER.. For 2016 the Norman band is preparing a fresh and full album, currently going through maturity. [FR] Le groupe commence à se produire sur la scène normande dès 2012 pour ensuite parcourir la France, l'Angleterre et les Pays-Bas. A leurs côtés, on croisera notamment PROMETHEE, ATLANTIS CHRONICLES, DAGOBA, THE OCEAN, THE PRESTIGE, NOVELISTS, IN OTHER CLIMES, CHUNK! NO, CAPTAIN CHUNK!… Deux EP à leur actif. Un premier jet en 2012 avec 5 titres qui fixent une envie : celle de remuer le public et de partager une passion pour la musique extrême. Le phénomène se vérifie 2 ans après, avec la complicité de Joshua Wickman de Dreadcore Productions (Within The Ruins / King 810 / Atlantis Chronicles) en expérimentant un style hybride à base de Metal moderne et de Hardcore mélodique et sombre. lls se produisent en juin 2015 au Jera On Air aux côtés de groupes comme COUNTERPARTS, ENTER SHIKARI, STRAY FROM THE PATH, A DAY TO REMEMBER, TERROR, DEFEATER.. Le grille pain se veut sadique mais compatissant. Un groove pachydermique, technique et violent ponctué d'élans colorés et atmosphériques. Ajoutez au cocktail un chanteur charismatique prêchant des textes déjantés ainsi qu'un batteur shooté aux amphets. La gueule de bois pointe déjà son nez.
