The Brothers Gross Biography

Started in Summer 2008 the Brothers Gross received an opportunity to release a 7" record before they were actually a full band. The brothers had just finished recording their first album "Radioville" at their home studio in Demotte, Indiana over a handful of months time when they put up a few songs online. Surprisingly after only a few days, a label called Silly Girl Records contacted them to do a record. Shortly after they released their first 7" record. The band did a lot of US touring around this time, covering a lot of the west and east coasts. In 2009, they embarked on their first West Coast tour and recorded songs in Los Angeles and at home to make up the 11 song album "Time To Go Now". They recorded songs over those couple years to do a 14 song LP record in 2012 entitled "Get Soaked" BROGRO toured east and south in the years between 2012 and 2013 and as usual playing a lot around Chicago and Indianapolis as well as St. Louis and Ohio. In May of 2013 the band recorded 4 new songs with Paul Mahern of the Zero Boys for a 4 song 7" called "Ready To Roll". It was released a few months later through Chicago based Sexy Baby Records and their own label Bad Track Records. Shortly before the release of the newest 7", the full band flew out to Los Angeles, CA to record 10 brand new songs recording guru Joel Morales for Sight and Sound. 10 Songs, 10 Music Videos. High energy raw punk rock 'n' roll from the midwest. In the vein of New York Dolls to Black Flag and more.
