Alive In The End

Alive in the End is a band that started as an idea that was conceived three years ago when brothers Paul and Aaron Zachara decided it was time to start a band together. The framework for the band was to be heavily influenced by Hardcore punk of the early 80’s to early 90’s; however when Paul’s best friend Giuseppe Guyitt was brought into the mix the idea of the band changed focusing on the Post-hardcore genre. With the additions of high school friends Devin Missig on drums and Kevin Jutilia on lead guitar the final pieces for the band were set in stone and the band was officially writing and practicing their music in May 2014. Alive In The End may be a fairly new concept, however the musicians that compose the act have been playing for quite some time and all have strived to find the right fit for them to be able to share their individual works. Each member brings something different to the group. Kevin Jutilia originally began studying jazz guitar in high school and he is also influenced by heavier genres of music which in turn makes him a very versatile guitarist that brings intricacy and dynamics in his leads and fills. Kevin also writes music and attends Wayne State University for a degree in music. Aaron Zachara, lead vocals, brings energy and life to the band through his style as well as his attack and approach with his vocals. Being heavily influenced by Jim Morrison and hardcore punk Aaron takes on a very real and raw style of singing with a stage presence to match. Devin Missig, drums, is a natural talent who people might ask if he was born with drum sticks in his hand. Being influenced by metal and its sub-genres Devin is able to create fast beats that are as complex as some of the lead guitar riffs. Giuseppe Guyitt, rhythm guitar/vocals, being strongly influenced by Dallas Green and post-hardcore music Giuseppe gives Alive in the End the edgy, melodic harmonies in his vocals that are up to par with some of the best in the game. Although starting on acoustic guitar, Giuseppe, learned to sing and play rhythms with ease and in this regard he is the perfect fit for the role of rhythm guitarist. Paul Zachara, bass guitar, brings the high energy, party attitude to Alive in the End’s stage show as well as filling out the low end of the music and adding depth to the rhythm section. Paul’s influenced by many styles of music and genres but his biggest influences are Taking Back Sunday and Incubus. All the musicians in the band take part in the writing and production of songs. They are very fan orientated and aim to make music that anyone can easily enjoy and relate to. Overall, Alive in the End is a band comprised of very talented musicians who aim to make great music and become a name known around the world.
