Artist bio
Herman is a singer-songwriter from Ciudad Obregón, México, whose music blends elements of folk, indie, and alternative, with intimate lyrics and a minimalist, honest approach. In 2023, he released his debut album, Cuando todo se apaga, produced alongside Ricardo Salvador—a body of work written during the pandemic and recognized for its emotional warmth. In May 2025, he presented its reissue, Cuando todo se apaga (Edición de Luz), featuring new versions and unreleased songs that mark a brighter chapter in his artistic journey.
He is currently based in Mexico City, working on his second studio album, set to be released by the end of 2025. Recent highlights include his performance at the Alfonso Ortiz Tirado Festival (FAOT) and an acoustic tour across Monterrey, Xalapa, Hermosillo, and Mexico City.
