Basement Sessions #2. Here we go. This time, we're taking on Whipping Post by The Allman Brothers Band. These sessions aren't about playing a song exactly the way you've heard it before. They're a chance for us to take songs we love, tear them apart, put them back together and find out what they sound like through the Floatify machine. We had some fun with this one. Float Like A Buffalo
Float Like A Buffalo
Float Like a Buffalo is rock with funk, ska, reggae, and jam influences. Nods to the funk of Lettuce and The Motet, jam of Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, rock of Red Hot Chili Peppers and Chicago Transit Authority, soul of James Brown, & high-energy guitar licks of Jimi Hendrix all combine to make a unique sound that’s impossible not to dance to.
