Joe Matarese

A South Jersey/Philadelphia native, Joe Matarese has built his comedy around the stuff he knows best - family, getting older, relationships, his Italian-American upbringing, and life around Philly. You’ve seen Joe on The Late Show with David Letterman, The Late Late Show, Comedy Central Presents, Chelsea Lately and America’s Got Talent, where he received a standing ovation from all four judges. He’s also appeared on The Howard Stern Show, WTF with Marc Maron, The Adam Carolla Show and Philly’s Preston & Steve. Joe has released four one-hour comedy specials - Medicated, The Poster’s Wrong, Mullets and Mixtapes, and Almost Sold Out — and is currently touring with his newest show, It’s In The Wooder. If you grew up anywhere near Philly, South Jersey or Eastern PA, a lot of this is going to feel very familiar. Come see Joe live in an intimate setting in Quakertown on November 21.
