PERFORMERS: Shannon Lee (violin) & Antonii Baryshevskyi (piano)
Angels and Heavenly Order gathers angels in many guises — fallen angels who bring the light, guardian angels, and angels rejoicing. Two works by Maxim Shalygin for violin and piano, "Angel" and "KAYA", stand at the turning point of the programme, between Ysaÿe's solo sonata and Biber's passacaglia.
