Joe Matarese’s biggest South Jersey show of the year has become an annual holiday tradition! On December 27, Joe returns to the historic Scottish Rite Auditorium in Collingswood for It’s in the Wooder: Home for the Holidays—a special one-night event and the taping of his fifth comedy special. The new special is a love letter to Philadelphia and South Jersey, inspired by Joe’s childhood growing up right off Exit 4 near the water tower—and the people, places, accents and attitude that made him who he is. Joe received a standing ovation on America’s Got Talent and has appeared multiple times on The Late Show with David Letterman, The Howard Stern Show and WTF with Marc Maron. He is a regular guest on The Preston & Steve Show on Philadelphia’s 93.3 WMMR, has released eight comedy albums heard regularly on SiriusXM and has filmed four previous comedy specials. Joe has also built large followings on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook with comedy centered around Philadelphia and South Jersey. His new podcast, Road Back to Philly, follows his plan to move back home after his youngest child graduates from high school.
