Artist bio
Ayesheh Mae is a New England comedian, producer, and tattooed mom known for her dark humor, brutally honest storytelling, and high-energy crowd work.
Her comedy pulls from real life — marriage, motherhood, body image, anxiety, growing up as a fat kid, and navigating life as a half Middle Eastern woman with absolutely no filter. Equal parts relatable and unhinged, Ayesheh has built a growing audience online through stand-up clips, parenting humor, and the kind of oversharing that feels like talking to your funniest friend after two margaritas.
She has performed at clubs and festivals across the Northeast including the New York Comedy Festival, Rogue Island Comedy Festival, Hartford Funny Bone, City Winery, The Stand, and venues throughout New England. She has also shared the stage with comedians including Matt Rife, Jordan Jensen, Rich Vos, Becky Robinson, and Hannibal Buress.
Off stage, Ayesheh is the founder of Filthy Comedy, a Connecticut-based comedy production company bringing nationally touring comedians and unforgettable live shows to audiences across the state.
Whether she’s performing in a packed comedy club, brewery, theater, or independent venue, Ayesheh brings raw energy, fearless honesty, and the kind of comedy that makes audiences say, “I probably shouldn’t be laughing this hard at this.”
