Mike Risk

Singapore-based Dutch DJ and producer Mike Risk brings more than 30 years of experience to every set. Since starting in Amsterdam in 1994, he has developed the instinct to read a room, build the energy patiently and know when to change direction.

His sets move through soulful, deep and classic house into the tougher rhythms of Chicago, Detroit and New York. Rather than being tied to one narrow sound, Mike draws on three decades of records, dance floors and club culture to shape each set around the people in front of him.

As the founder of Club Risk, RiskSoundSystem and MWR Music, he has built his career around music and community. His forthcoming album Now Is Forever brings that experience into the studio through collaborations with Mike Dunn, Bluey Robinson, Marc Evans and Sy Sez.

From intimate clubs to festivals, every Mike Risk set has one purpose: bringing people together through house music.
