John Clarence Velasco, known professionally as John Clarence, is an independent singer-songwriter and producer based in Antipolo, Philippines. Blending bedroom-pop, pop, and R&B, his music features intimate, reflective arrangements and soulful melodies. Drawing artistic inspiration from Cigarettes After Sex, Laufey, Beabadoobee, and Grent Perez, John Clarence pairs atmospheric soundscapes with grounded, personal lyrics. In early 2026, he founded NSPO Creatives, an independent record label and creative hub dedicated to managing his releases, supporting original songwriting, and fostering artist-driven production.
