Rhipaei

Jarek Szczyżowski and Krzysiek Radomski – two sound enthusiasts whose musical paths crossed in the Autumn of 2024, creating a space for unique electronic and ambient soundscapes. Though they come from different musical backgrounds, they share a deep passion for analog synthesizers and crafting atmospheric, immersive sonic experiences, strongly influenced by Tangerine Dream, Klaus Schulze and other kosmische musik/berlin school artists.

Krzysiek grew up surrounded by electronic music, started his first steps in 8-bit computers, then moved toward PC-based software synthesizer setup, samplers, sound editors and DAWs. Jarek, on the other hand, began his musical journey inspired by classic British rock, gradually moving toward more experimental forms of electronic music, and ultimately finding his place in the world of ambient sound.

The duo doesn’t compose in the traditional sense of the word. Each session is a long improvisation – a journey through sounds born in the moment. From these sessions, they select the finest fragments that later evolve into their albums. As they put it:

“We don’t create tracks – we create moments. Every sound is fleeting, volatile and we’re just trying to capture its most beautiful side. Rhipaei never steps into the same music river twice.”

Their music is a free flow of emotions, space, and atmosphere, where every listener can discover their own story.
