Donovan Lowe is an Oakland, California-born, Pittsburg-based R&B and Contemporary R&B singer-songwriter. He first grabbed music lovers’ attention when he began posting YouTube covers in 2012 and is known for his mid-tempo groove, singing about romantic relationships often with an edge of danger.
