THE HEETERS: “Soul, R&B and Funk from the Bay Area, California. Deep grooves, tight three-part harmonies, and songs that will uplift your spirit. The Heeters is comprised of Tom Quell (vocals/guitar), Nadav Beary (drums), and two members of The California Honeydrops (Lorenzo Loera on keys and Miles Blackwell on bass. Lorenzo and Tom co-write the songs, which have that classic soul sound & those catchy hooks--with a personality that makes them still unique and relevant within the world of modern music.” Renée Gros is a New Orleans-born singer, songwriter, and self-proclaimed "Dive Bar Diva" whose music is as vibrant and dynamic as the city she calls home. Her sound lives at the intersection where retro-soul meets feel-good rock & roll and is built on a foundation rich with the type of vulnerability only a true singer-songwriter possesses. Her debut LP, Glad I'm Wrong, is a coming-of-age record about rejecting other people's expectations and finding freedom-and sometimes comfort—in not fitting the mold. Produced by Tiago Guy (Gros's husband and favorite musical collaborator) and GRAMMY® award winner Nigel Hall, the album features Gros's signature powerhouse vocals, warm analog textures, and electric live band energy. The head bone is attached to the neck bone. Feat Tucker Godbold Rodeny Weber Carter Wilkinson Dan Souvigny

Renée Gros is a New Orleans-born singer, songwriter, and self-proclaimed “Dive Bar Diva” whose music is as vibrant and dynamic as the city she calls home. At 29, she’s carving out her own place in the roots music landscape with a sound that moves easily between folk-inspired storytelling, Southern rock grit, and the timeless pull of R&B and soul. Her debut full-length album, Glad I’m Wrong, set to arrive in Spring 2026, is a coming-of-age record about rejecting other people’s expectations and finding freedom—and sometimes comfort—in not fitting the mold.

Since the release of her debut EP, Temporary Love, in 2021, Gros’s voice and presence have taken her from neighborhood bars to festival stages and beyond. She has shared bills with acts like Houndmouth, Galactic, and Jon Cleary & The Absolute Monster Gentlemen, and in 2024 she made her New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival debut alongside her husband and favorite collaborator, Tiago Guy. She has also performed alongside industry heavyweights including Emmylou Harris, Grace Potter, and Allen Stone at Tulane University’s The Tipping Point, singing in the house band under the direction of Eric Krasno. In 2025, she embarked on her first U.S. tour, with stops including Nashville and New York City’s legendary club, The Bitter End. Her debut single, “Shy Guy,” also found its way to national audiences as part of A24’s Survival of the Thickest on Netflix.
