Alex Forster

Join us for an incredibly special experience, where movement exploration evolves within a living soundscape. This is a creative unfolding where movement and sound work reciprocally, mutually adapting to one another as the practice progresses. Alex shares rich compositions that create soulful, dream like soundscapes, sensitively attuning and responding to the practice as it emerges. Paula weaves creative, somatic yoga explorations, felt-sense philosophy and awareness practice through the alive soundscape, inviting you into an immersion of embodied magic and inspiration. Yoga mats are available but feel free to bring your own.
