About this concert
8:00 PM GMT1 Going
fieldlily are a sister duo whose music is woven with seamless vocal harmonies, reverberating cadences and natural unforced lyrics.
Their gentle folk-rock melody is a continuation of the musical language developed in the earlier work of Emillie and Bethany Key, as part of the band, Wildwood Kin.
With unique instrumentation- a blend of their skilful acoustic ability and a rich electric palette- that has been likened to Bon Iver, the vocal quality and arrangements of Simon and Garfunkel, and Fleet Foxes; there is a wealth of wisdom and inspiration from the greats of alt-folk music to be found in fieldlily’s debut EP ‘Grow’ which was released in Feb 2026 with more new music coming later in the year.
Their songs breathe rest and quiet hope, with an honesty that feels both tender and timeless. fieldlily craft soundscapes where emotion and nature intertwine, inviting listeners to pause and find beauty in their music.
The sisters last played Acapela in 2022 which was one of their final Wildwood Kin concerts. They return again to Acapela as a trio – accompanied by their drummer.
