Halloween lands on a Saturday this year, so we’re starting the party a week early.
Come out Friday, October 23 for a full-on Pre-Halloween Party at Hanovers — costumes, live music, drinks, and all the Halloween chaos, without sacrificing Halloween night with the kids/family the following weekend.
Featuring Wheezer — Tribute to Weezer and The Zomberries — Tribute to The Cranberries, plus more live music throughout the night.
And yes — costumes are encouraged.

Taking Back Tacos is a pop-punk and emo cover band formed in early 2025 by musicians who connected through local musicians wanted social media groups. For over a year, we’ve been bringing the soundtrack of the early 2000s to stages across Austin, Kyle, Pflugerville, San Marcos, and San Antonio with crowd singalongs, audience participation, and nonstop high energy performances. Our set is packed with the pop-punk and emo anthems you grew up blasting through your headphones.
