Bob Baker Marionette Theater is kicking off our fundraising season with a live reading of an iconic episode of Star Trek. The event will feature Natasha Leggero (Poker Face, Hacks), Jon Daly (Fallout, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty), Wil Wheaton (Stand By Me, The Big Bang Theory), Eric Edelstein (Twin Peaks, Jurassic World), Jonah Ray (Mystery Science Theater 3000, The Meltdown), and Brandon Johnson (Rick & Morty, Ingrid Goes West), and will tentatively include Jason Segel (Shrinking, Freaks & Geeks), Malcolm Barrett (Preacher, The Sopranos), Ron Lynch (Bob’s Burgers, Adventure Time), Natalie Morales (No Hard Feelings, Dead to Me), Josh Fadem (30 Rock, Better Call Saul), Alyssa Limperis (Dexter: Original Sin, What We Do in the Shadows), and David Payton (WandaVision, Agatha All Along). The reading will take place on Saturday, October 17th, 2026, at 8 PM, with live musical accompaniment and classic puppet performances from Bob Baker’s collection of over 3,000 marionettes.
